Tropical Carving Platter
Hand-carved dragon fruit, watermelon pearls, kiwi and pomegranate on a walnut board — our most photographed centerpiece.

A living gallery in the heart of Butwal — Italian-inspired plates, sculptural brass light, monumental art, and a quiet thread of 90's nostalgia running through every room.

Our Story
Flair 90's was born in Butwal in 1994 as a small Italian counter with a stubborn love for craft. Three decades later, it is a museum-restaurant — sculpture, brass and music woven into every evening.
The dining rooms unfold like galleries. A six-meter winged angel presides over the central hall. Brass leaf pendants — hand-beaten by Patan artisans — float beneath an exposed copper truss. The floor is laid with river stone, the walls with old Butwal brick.
The kitchen is unapologetically Italian at heart, with a soft accent of the Himalayan foothills.
Living Numbers
Every evening hums with the same quiet figures — plates fired, guests seated, brass leaves polished. Watch them tick by.

The Museum
Above the courtyard, a six-meter cherub floats inside a vault of red steel ribs. Bronze figures gaze through circular cutouts. Throughout the house, you'll find sculpture, vintage objects and quiet references to a decade that shaped a generation.

Walking in felt like stepping into a Milanese gallery — and then the food arrived. Easily the most memorable evening we've had in Nepal.

Half restaurant, half museum, entirely beautiful. The Long Island here is a small piece of theatre.
